DoorWorks Inc Did a top notch and professional job from start to finish. The salesman from the start was very easy to deal with getting an estimate and very transparent about pricing and timeline. My door was ordered and arrived exactly when the salesman said it would. I was then able to easily schedule the install within days. James came out and had the old one out and the new one in quickly. He was really great to deal with and did great job on the install. The alignment and seal of the door was flawless. I highly recommend Doorworks Inc.
My Door operator had been in service for about five years. Recently It malfunctioned in the middle of the night. I called durable, the installer, and they dispatched a technician (Eli). Follow from the office was good. The Technician arrived in the designated window and promptly reprogrammed and serviced the door.
Good job! The professional worker was friendly and efficient. He quickly fixed my garage door, which had been stuck open for several days due to heavy rain. He installed a new lock and reset the machine. The total cost was $250.
Highly recommend! If you’re on the fence, just go with them. It was a seamless process and handled professionally from sales - to installation - to back office- highly satisfied with the results. We compared to one other competitor and their pricing was much better. The best part is that they’re really a nice bunch of people to work with.
