From start to finish, NJ Garage exceeded every expectation. They are truly affordable without cutting corners on quality. The pricing was fair and transparent, and I felt confident I was getting great value for the service provided.

What really stood out was how informative the entire team was. They walked me through all of my options and helped me choose what worked best for my home and budget. There were so many great options to choose from, and they made the decision process easy and stress-free.

The service was impressively quick. Installation was scheduled promptly, and the technician arrived exactly on time. He was extremely polite and professional, took the time to explain the entire installation process, and worked efficiently without rushing. He was also incredibly clean — you wouldn’t even know work had been done!

After everything was installed, he carefully explained how all the buttons worked, how to use the app, and went over the warranty details so I felt completely comfortable and confident.

I had selected NJ Garage based on the excellent reviews. Their initial service was great but our garage door had issues within the month of the installation. I find most service providers do not want to deal with you after they "cash the check", they stall, or make excuses. That was not the case with NJ Garage. They sent out a technician the same day and the next day, everything was fixed. I commend them for excellent customer service and will be using them and recommending them going forward.

Outstanding experience all around! I walked in off the street late this morning and was greeted warmly. I was then shown a complete line of options with full descriptions, and asked thoroughly what I was seeking. We found the perfect garage door and pricng was very reasonable.

Within a few hours, a team of expert installers arrived at my home and installed the new door with new hardware- it is both attractive and very functional. The rails are perfectly aligned and the door operates smoothly and quietly.

They were very transparent throughout the process, clearly explaining which parts needed replacement and which were still in good condition. They answered all my questions in detail and made sure everything was fixed properly.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and their service was extremely prompt—they came the same day for an inspection and completed the repair the next day. Even when I had a follow-up question two weeks later, they stopped by the same day to check everything and ensure it was all working well.

Highly recommended. I will definitely work with them again for any future garage door needs.
