The company call center was very professional. I called late on Saturday night for a broken door and the technician was at my home the next morning within the timeframe that was scheduled. The technician was extremely professional and had a friendly demeanor. It was 15 degrees outside but that didn't effect his ability to do his job. I was very happy with the service. This was the 2nd time I used Precision and in both instances my experience was extremely positive. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
Jonathan was polite and personable. He explained everything clearly about what the problem was and he proposed three solutions to fix the problem. He explained the difference among the three proposals. It gave me a chance to understand what needed to be done with giving me enough knowledge to choose the best option for me. He was able to perform the work right away so my garage door is now working great. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Doors and would recommend them to everyone.
