My garage door springs broke on Sunday evening. I texted the company to get an estimate and they responded in a very timely manner, provided me with a quote and they scheduled me between 8-9am Monday morning. They texted me in the morning to let me know they would be there at 8:30am. They were on time and professional. Ben and his team were professional, great communication, and punctual. Pricing was right there with other competitors and the reason I chose Ben was because of his professionalism, transparency, and communication. Took less than a day to completely install a new hurricane garagge door, tracks and motor. They also had to remove the old wood and trim and replaced with new wood. My only constructive feedback, is they could have used some caulk around the finished trim as they had to work around curved walls, but I was able to knock that out in 10 minutes. Thank you, Ben!
