Bob's have replaced springs on both our garage doors this summer as they broke 1 month apart. The response was prompt both times with very pleasant office staff, and knowledgeable and skilled work by a team of two in August (forgot names) and most recently by Matt. I have used the service in the past and continue to recommend Bob's team.
If I could rate them higher, I would. Barely 12 hours after my email inquiry, they had Matt come out and repair my garage door on the spot. Friendly, professional and fast! What more could you ask for.
Had a problem with our garage not opening and almost falling onto our car. We called Bobs .. the nearest door repair… it’s Friday afternoon of the long weekend. They sent two men within 20 minutes. Took a couple of hours fixing the door in 95 degree heat. Can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service we received!! Getting any kind of customer service these days is hard to find!! Incredible service, totally impressed! Called on Friday as our garage door was very old and the motor stopped working the week prior.Booked an appointment the next business day. At the appointment Daniel determined that the previous motor was done and had a new belt motor, sensors and a outdoor remote installed the same day! The office staff and the service tech Daniel were all prompt, professional and laid out a couple options.Thank you Bob's Door Service! I'm very impressed with the install and the quick turnaround at a reasonable cost.Highly recommend these folks!
We highly recommend Bob's Door Service. Bob and Michelle answered all our questions and were prompt in getting us our quote -and fun to talk to! They helped us with our needs and didn't try to pressure us into getting more than what we needed. We purchased a new garage door and it came with all new weather-stripping, track, wheels etc. The installer, Matt, was great. He was on time, efficient and very courteous. Now that we've had it for a week, we are still impressed with the quality of the door and love that it is quieter than our old one! Bring on winter!!!! (We've included before and after pictures)
