Aside from my motor, I needed a new spring, new cables, replacement tracking, some bracket replacement and a new bottom rubber seal. Their cables are a heavy-duty Titanium compared to the ones that snapped.I booked appt online Thurs night, was back in business next day, 3 hrs labor. Both co-owner Michael and Dylan are experts and worked tirelessly into the dark. 5 STARS.Jon Heller
Precision garage door is awesome! Our technician Brock was excellent! Every step of the process was explained to us and the price was reasonable. We are going to have them come back in about a month to help us with some other problems we have. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs any kind of garage door repair.
Intending to contact a few contractors to look at my broken garage door late on a weekend late afternoon, I was surprised when Precision was at the house within a hour. They were able to point out what went wrong, answered a lot of questions, gave options and a quote for new door(s).Precision is not cheap and it took forever for the door manufacturer to make the door and ship it to Peoria plus manufacturer gave no update until the door surprise showed up on a Friday afternoon late. BUT, Precision called and installed the door the next morning Saturday. You can't fault that. See what a plumber says about weekend work. The installation is good. Everything plumb, square, secure with smooth movement. The new doors looks quality with smooth paint, quality steel construction, fully insulated and lighter in weight. New gaskets all around prevent outside winter weather from coming in the garage. The garage is the biggest hole in the house, usually worst insulated, largest entry / exit of the house so it's important to managing cost of heating and cooling with insulation.Anyway, good guys. Nice installers and prompt inspection.
The temperature was in single digit but Gary and his team mate just kept working. They were working with a garage built in early 1900’s but did a great job. It took two days to get it done due to old garage and putting header in where swinging doors were.
Very professional from estimate to install! Huge upgrade from my old fiberglass door and old chain opener! Looks great and at a fair price! Definitely recommend!
