These guys have consistently been great. The guy (Mike?) who came out to help us with our issue this time was really knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Even after he fixed the main problem we were having, he did a thorough check of the whole thing and made some adjustments that have made our garage door so quiet. Even when scheduling- the guy on the phone did such a good job summarizing what the issue was- that even though they scheduled us for the following morning- Mike was able to see the job, recognize what he thought might be the problem, and headed right over to fix it on the same day, not even 2 hours after calling them. Their sense of urgency and professionalism is greatly appreciated!
Outstanding! Can't express just how great they did. On time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Job was completed in a short period time. Walked me through all the easy periodic maintenance. Then thoroughly explained all the functionality, easy programming and what to do if purchasing after market products. Great customer service from Mike. Spring broke on Monday evening and had i still been home would have been taken care of that night. Came out at 10am Tuesday morning and 1 hour later new springs correctly sized for my garage door were installed and door balanced. Price was great and service is top notch. Highly recommend using them for all garage door services. The rest of the unit was inspected for issues currently no other issues then the springs put in by another company 2 years ago that were undersized for the weight of the door that broke. Acclaim is the best.

Honest up front estimate. And it’s Veterans-owned so I’m sold! Will definitely call Acclaim when I need repairs or a new door!
Very happy I called Michael at Acclaim! I had a situation where my cable was off the track causing the door to hang. He came out fast and fixed it with adjusting the door. Would unquestionably recommend him for any garage door needs. Amazing service and nice gentleman as well.
