Our garage door spring broke on Friday night. We called Precision Door because they offered weekend service calls. They were very responsive and showed up in less than two hours. Our Service Technician was Ryan M. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this Company!
We originally booked to have garage doors at our recently purchased home to be repaired. They were very noisy and didn't seal well to the frame. Upon arrival, the technician noticed that the doors had been struck by vehicles and pointed out the impact points. He gave me the repair estimate then showed me the cost of new doors. He wasn't pushy, or salesman-y. He proposed both ideas before he started any work. At this point we opted for new doors. The new doors were installed about 6 weeks later, and have been perfect. The garage has been noticeably warmer even in the middle of some of the coldest days/nights this winter. I cannot recommend this company enough for their professional attitude, as well as employing some of the best workers I have ever encountered. Truly a 5 star experience. Cannot recommend them enough!
We were looking to get fixed a garage door that didn’t close all the way, and although we were offered a great price on a repair, we opted for a new insulated door, and oh it’s so nice! Our new door is insulated, and the opener has WiFi and a camera, so no more wondering if we closed the door all the way or who just opened it. Scheduling was so easy, everyone was professional and knowledgeable, and work was quick and right the first time. I was worried who to call for the repair but so glad we gave Precision Garage Door Service a call.
Easy contact by phone to schedule appt. Was offered same day appt then had to reschedule and given no problem. Was fully informed of what would be involved with the fix including my options and prices involved (service fee plus two new remotes including programming). Tech showed up well within the 2-hr scheduled time slot. Was very mannerly, pleasant, cooperative and informative. Appears to be an overall job well done. Would definitely use again.
