Action is AWESOME!
It was so easy to schedule the service….and they kept us informed every step of the way. They even sent a photo of our tech so we would recognize who was showing up at our door.
The tech, Anthony, arrived promptly and got right to work after listening to our problem. He described the steps he would have to take to determine the root cause(s).
And before you know it, our 39 year old garage door was working like new! ??
A great result for a problem that had been pestering us off/on for quite a while.

Broken Spring Replacement:
Action Garage Door Repair Specialists are the best! They came out and replaced my broken door springs in no time at all. The spring broke on Tue afternoon at 5 p.m. and I was the 2nd customer of the day on Wed the next day. Michael, our technician was very professional and informative. I had many questions about a future purchase of a new insulated garage door. I have been coming back to Action for over 20 years, and I have the first receipt to prove it. I would not call them if I did not trust them. I will be getting a new garage door this year and I will ask for Michael again. I highly recommend them. Thank-you Action Garage Door Repair Specialists.

The technician was very knowledgeable and caring. He was patient in explaining the findings and also worked to convey repair options. Workmanship and attention to detail was a class act. Very confident that we made the right choice in the repair. I feel equipped with the required tools and understanding for ongoing maintenance. Not to mention that he was very personable and great to work.
The administration / office support was very thoughtful and respectful of my time. Kept me fully informed for planning and availability purposes. Much appreciated.

Shaun did an amazing job! The price was very affordable, and he shared so much information on garage door maintenance and failure prevention. It was a master class I never knew I needed, but greatly appreciate. He was honest about what I actually needed. I would highly recommend!
