First I want to say, Anthony, your business and work ethic are STELLAR! I had work done from your company about 6 years ago, and it’s still the best you can get!!! I called at 7:00 in the morning and left a message regarding a broken tension spring, and my call was returned 30 mins later, not only were they able to expedite the service call, it was great to hear such a positive voice on the phone assuring me. Anthony called approx 7 mins before he arrived within the scheduled time. He surveyed the work needing to be done and within 25 mins, replaced both springs, adjusted, and lubricated the door. He is professional, knowledgable, and dedicated to making sure his clients are treated with respect. Don’t hesitate to call him and worry about anything. He’s got you!!!!I have had springs replaced in the past, I even know it’s ALWAYS better to replace both if one breaks.
