I had them come out to assess my garage door due to it being very heavy to open. The tech quickly found the issue and gave multiple options on solutions. Not pushy at all. They replaced my spring quick and clean. Very fairly priced definitly would reccomend.
What a great experience. From the salesperson to the installers the process was easy and seamless. The spring broke on our main garage door. We called and they were out the same day for an estimate to fix. We decided instead of just replacing the spring we would upgrade to a hurricane rated door. The installers were on time and very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They completed the job quickly and answered all my silly questions. I can’t recommend them enough.
I had used Integrity Garage Repair to check my garage two times before. Both times I had no issue. i called them back because I had the same exact problem I had in November. The release mechanism on the chain kept hitting the light which released the latch that made the door closed. The problem was quickly fixed. The door fell down again so I called them back. Mark came and did a quick look round and said nothing about the release mechanism but said I needed new springs, cables, drums, bearing plates, chain, ten ball bearing rollers for a feeOf $1,818 OR replace everything since my system is old for a price of $4,000!!! YIKES!! i asked it has nothing to do with the release mechanism and he said NO! I called several other places, and every place gave me a different problem. Finally I had PSL Garage Door Repair Service and he said it was the release mechanism an easy fix. I said I don't need a new system and he said NO WAY! Garage was fixed and Working better than ever. Sorry Integrity not happy and I wont be using them again.February 3, 2026UPDATE MY PAST REVIEWToday Mark, the owner of Integrity, arrived at my front door. I was surprised to see him and wasn’t sure why he was here. He came all the way to my home to tell me how “sorry he is for the service”. He said I named the company “Integrity “ because that’s what we are. We have a five star review because they care about the work they do. He informed me the service person was new and if there is anything he could do to fix the problem. I said no it was taken care of. He told me he spoke to the company that did fix my garage. He made good on his promise and I do feel better about Integrity Garage service. I would recommend them to others as well and may use them again if a problem arises again. Thank you Mark for taking the time out of your schedule to meet IN PERSON, not a phone call! an unsatisfied customer.
Can’t say enough great things about this company. We needed a garage door repair (or replacement), Jeff came out the same day to look at what needed to be done. Came back early the next morning and completely fixed my issue rather than trying to make a big sale out of me. He was kind, hard working and honest. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
My spring broke on my garage door so I called the installer to come and fix it. They said the next appointment was two weeks away so I booked it. Two weeks passed and the tech said he didn’t have the parts to repair it – it has springs inside the tube and they were going to change it to the more serviceable outside spring system. That meant checking the warehouse and rescheduling an appointment and…they would call me back.I decided to call some other garage door repair businesses. One came the next day and wanted to charge me over TWICE what the installer charges. When I showed him the door he quickly returned and said he boss told him he could do it for half the price. I showed him the door – trust lost. A different service was scheduled to come the following day, and after waiting two hours they called to reschedule – problems with blah, blah. They came the next day and wanted to charge TWICE the price of the installer also, and a fee to come and give the service estimate – HAH!. I showed him the door as well and gave them both brutally honest online reviews.I decided to try one more, expecting nothing better. I called Integrity Garage Door of Stuart and had a great quick call with Kayla, who explained that Jeff would come the following morning between 11 and 1PM and that the job would not cost more than about $100 more than the installer would charge, AND there would be no fee for the estimate. Jeff arrived the following morning just after 11AM, after first calling to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the door and said he’d be happy to repair the door with the same replacement option as the installer offered and it would cost the same as the installer quoted. Jeff was extremely polite and professional. There was NO mention of other problems with the door and no upcharges or extra fees mentioned at all. We shook hands and agreed to get the job done and Jeff said he would return at 7AM to do the replacement/repair, as he didn’t have the right parts in his truck.Jeff was at the house just after 7AM, after calling to let me know he was on his way. With a smile, he went right to work and had the door completed in just over 30 minutes. He said if I gave him a check I’d save the 3% the credit card company would stick me for. I wrote a check to Integrity and gave Jeff a little 3% something for his excellent service. No upcharges, no other concerns, just a handshake, a smile, and all was well in garage door world. Excellent service and experience! The lesson? Do the research, don’t get suckered by unscrupulous businesses, and check out Integrity Garage Doors. I offer no guarantees, BUT this was among the best service experiences I’ve had in a LONG time. Thanks Integrity.
