Woke up to a broken garage door spring a couple days before we're headed out for vacation. David on the phone was great to talk with and had us scheduled ASAP even though we're up in Vancouver, WA. The technician showed up 30 minutes later and worked his magic in just another 30 or so! Very kind, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on things that weren't needed, just honest skilled work which I appreciate.Pricing was also extremely fair and in line with the price per spring on the website + labor, and no way am I messing with those springs without knowing what I'm doing ??Super grateful to not need to worry about this during our trip and to have it done pretty much within an hour of noticing the problem. Will reach out again, but hopefully not for a long time!
My technician Ed was very friendly and efficient. I got a good replacement for my old wooden garage door at a fair price and quick service.D&L was also very flexible when I had to change my appointment time by a couple of hours.Befit and after photos posted.
