Overhead Door Company of Portland

Charlie did an awesome job fixing a broken wire and then did my regular maintenance of my overhead door. Very friendly and personable. He came out to my house in 20-min after I called. That's what I call service and shows how they value their clients. Thank you! Highly recommend Overhead Door Company.

After three decades, it was finally time to upgrade our garage door, and we couldn't be happier with the experience at Overhead Door. The process started with Bruce, who was instrumental as both an estimator and designer in helping us select a premium, special-order door that aesthetically fits our home. On installation day, Chris and Juan arrived promptly and were professional, neat, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. A particularly impressive facet was their adaptability; when the power went out in our neighborhood, they simply adjusted their workflow and kept going until the installation was complete. They managed to finish the whole project in a single day without sacrificing any attention to detail. While a high-end door like this is certainly an investment, the value we received in both the product and the craftsmanship is undeniable. We highly recommend this team for anyone looking for reliable, top-tier service. We feel it was worth every penny.

Great experience! Bryan H, my garage door service technician was professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues with my residential garage doors. He explained the solutions clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend!”

I want to thank the Overhead Door Company and Noah McLeod for the fantastic experience purchasing and then installing a new warehouse garage door. As a non-profit working in SE Portland, Noah and the entire team supported our efforts with this beautiful and secure door. Installation took an afternoon and the results have made our space perfect for its intended use. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Overhead Door Company of Portland.

I just replaced my old, 36 year old garage door and I can't say enough about Overhead Doors. Everything from sales to the install went so well. Bruce Koepke (sales) and I connected. The next day, I had a final quote and the following week, I had an appointment for the install. Chris Munoz (installer), was amazing. He called 30 minutes before arriving, per the agreed upon time. He removed by old door and had my new one up in about 4 hours. Chris took everything away, made sure everything was cleaned up before he left and answered all of my questions. Very professional and friendly. I would use Overhead Doors again without hesitation. I live my new door! Thank you Bruce and Chris! I have already started recommending you and Overhead Doors.
