My garage door springs snapped and they were quick (1 hr turnaround) and reasonably priced for the high quality of service. Sean was very communicative and professional. I appreciated him taking the time to double check his work before leaving to ensure I was satisfied.
We called Sean out for an emergency visit on a Friday night when our garage door partially fell off the tracks. He was at our house within 30 minutes and got the door down for us. We replaced the door through his company and we are so happy with the results. He provided clear communication, his crew did an excellent job with the install and he gave us a great price. This review is being made well after the fact, from when the service was performed by this Company, but due to family emergencies and life in general, it took this long to get to this review. Better alate, than Never, I hope.Months ago, my elderly Mother called me distraught one morning, as her garage door spring had snapped, and she could not get her car out of the garage. Being handicapped myself, and over 20 miles away, there was not much I could do for her. I did help her look for garage door repair companies, and noticed PDX garage door, and gave them a call. The lady that I spoke to was extremely nice, as was she with my mother when she spoke to her, and when 'Sean' showed up at my parents' home, he totally put my mom at ease with his expertise, his knowledge of what was going on, and he even accommodated her by letting me talk to him on the phone,to answer some questions, before starting the repairs. He sent me pictures of what he was doing, both before completion, and after completion, and Then followed up with me by text message afterwards, even sending a picture of himself, so I could see who I was dealing with. My mom's garage door still works wonderfully, the young man did an Extremely Good Job, he was Extremely Polite and Professional, and I Could Not Recommend This Company Any More Highly, Than I Am Right Now. I've already sent several other people to them, they have used them, and been very happy with the Quality of Services Performed. (I asked those people not to tell anyone that I referred them, as I'm not doing this for points, I'm doing it because I actually believe in this company.) That being said, if you have a garage door and need a repair, or you need a new garage door installation, I Would Definitely Call These People First, You will Save Yourself a lot of Stress, Worry, and Money!
