We had our garage built in the spring of 2025. We are very happy with the result, even though the project got off to a slightly rocky start (no pun intended). The formwork was assembled crooked, not parallel to the property line. Luckily, I noticed this before the concrete was poured. The team came to correct it on a holiday so as not to delay the project. The concrete guys did a good job, although they left me with excess concrete in front of the front door that I'll have to break up myself to get rid of. Otherwise, all the other stages went great. Of course, there were a few adjustments they made at the end. But all in all, we are very satisfied with the result and I would recommend Garage Expert for your project. However, I advise you to keep a close eye on your project regardless of the contractor; a construction project always involves some adjustments.
Excellent service from start to finish. They handled the city permit and coordinated everything from pouring the concrete slab to installing the garage doors.
