We had our garage door springs replaced by Iconic Garage Doors nearly five years ago. At the time, the service included a 10-year warranty. While I initially felt the price was on the higher side, we were in urgent need of repair and chose to move forward. Yesterday, one of the springs broke, so I contacted Iconic to schedule a warranty service call. Under the terms of the warranty, the parts are covered and the customer is responsible for labor, which I understand and accept. The technician who came out was professional and courteous, and I appreciated his service. The repair took approximately 20 minutes; however, the labor-only charge totaled $206. Given the limited time required to complete the repair, I found the labor cost to be excessive. Based on this experience, I will not be using Iconic for future services and would encourage others to compare pricing and service options before making a decision.
