I want to thank Chris for his speedy response to my call on Thursday morning and coming out in the evening. My spring came out and he fixed it in no time. We had a terrific experience with Chris from Garage Doors Plus! Our 20+ year old Chamberlain electric door opener was working very sporadically. We called GDP and Chris came by the same day and diagnosed the issue as a problem with the old circuit board. He quoted us a very reasonable price to replace it, but after giving it some further thought, we decided to request a quote for a new system - a Chamberlain motor driving a quiet belt (rather than the old very noisy chain) to raise and lower the door. Again, Chris gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted, and Chris installed the new system in less than two hours. We love the system’s quiet operation, and Chris was a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction!
