Jake was fantastic in consulting with us and recommending exactly the solution I was looking for (and even better than I expected). Ryan handled the installation beautifully and was a true professional — everything was perfectly aligned, new rollers installed, and he walked me through the online app so I felt completely comfortable using it. Our garage doors now open incredibly quietly and smoother than ever before. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and we truly felt like VIP customers from start to finish. We won Ready To Roll Garage Doors' service through a contest, but the quality of work and customer care was outstanding regardless. I am so happy they were able to help out my mother! Every interaction I had with their staff was personable and professional. The prices were very reasonable and the technician we worked with was clearly very skilled and knew what he was doing. For added context, my mother's garage door opener broke from an electric surge. I initially tried to DIY a fix with no luck. In the meantime, she was standing on a ladder to manually open and close the door everyday—an extreme fall risk that could have ended terribly! Once I contacted Ready To Roll, the manager confidently diagnosed the problem and explained a replacement was needed. Sure enough, he was right, and I wish we hadn't waited. The technician came out and replaced everything in a short amount of time with an upgraded system. We really took for granted how much a functioning garage door helps your daily life. Shout out to Tyler and Kyle for their fantastic customer service and knowledge. Definitely going to rely on this company for all our repairs in the future.

Extremely high-quality, prompt and professional work by Ready to Roll. We got a new side mounting garage door opener along with new wheels that they flawlessly installed and is 10x more quiet and efficient than our previous garage door opener. It’s such a huge transformation, I will never go back to the overhead mount!! Tyler and Ryan both did tremendous work, were very clear about what they were doing and answered all of our questions in detail. They will be my first call the next time I need any garage door work!
