Justin was thoughtful and courteous, the springs were replaced in less than an hour. He explained the issue so that I could understand it and fixed the door quickly so I could shut it again. I was so worried that I was going to have to leave the door open at night and felt a sense of relief that my home would be secure this evening. My garage door broke and wouldn't close the day before I was leaving on vacation. I called in a panic and the dispatcher Nicole calmed me down and took great care of me. Service Technician Justin was at my house within 45 minutes. My garage door was fixed and I was able to go out of town with peace of mind. I spoke to Justin on the phone, he told me what happened, what he had done, what to expect next and I was able to pay him. My issue was resolved within 1.5hrs of my call. Great experience.
