My old garage door needed a tune-up and was starting to deform by the door opener bracket. The Triangle tech, Dimitri, arrived on time and clearly explained my options and efficiently performed the repair I chose. My door is 20 yrs old but functioning great again. Dimitri's service was professional and courteous.

We needed to replace our aging garage door so we called Triangle Garage Doors since they have serviced us since we moved here. Dimitri came to do our initial consultation where he gave us all our options, and clearly communicated how those options related to performance and price. He came back to do the installation, and it was some of the cleanest work that I’ve had done. I now have a new garage door that is better insulated than my old one, and an opener that is much quieter than the old one too. Here’s to hopefully lower energy bills and to not waking the whole house when I have to leave early for work, or come home late.

I was extremely happy with my recent service experience. My garage door was not working due to a broken wire, and I needed prompt assistance. Dimitri called about 30 minutes before arriving, exactly as promised. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken wire, clearly explained the issue, and performed a full safety check to ensure the door was operating smoothly and safely.

My garage door opener stopped working. I first called the company that installed the unit (Custom Door & Gate). I was told that it only came with a one year warranty, so there was no coverage. They wanted to charge me $169 just to come look at the unit. No thanks. I called another company (Garage Door Specialist). They sent a tech who told me I should replace the whole unit. I wanted to get a second opinion. So I called Triangle Garage Doors. Roy (owner) was wonderful. He reassured me that having a tech come out was the smart thing to do. Dimitri came out. He was beyond helpful. Rather than trying to get me to buy a new unit, he called the manufacturer. Turns out, my unit is still under warranty. Wow! Dimitri dealt with the phone rep, got my parts ordered, and will be coming back to do the installation. As an older, single woman, I have been taken advantage of several times. It's awful. But Roy and Dimitri took great care of me, and they're saving me a lot of money. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. For what it's worth, the two companies that tried to rip me off were Custom Door & Gate (did the original installation) and Garage Door Specialist. Shame on Custom Door & Gate for not standing behind their service at all. They should have contacted the manufacturer for me, instead of another company.
