Man I hope the guys who drive the truck with license plate 27771 C have better customer service than they do driving! Flipped me off, yelling profanities out the window at me, tailing me and driving up next to me just to scream. Have the day you deserve!
Service was fast and efficientHowever, just telling me my springs had to be replaced, did not lead me to expect all almost $800 bill for 2 hours of work. At no time did the repair guy say this is a conversion kit and its really expensive. Then they don't leave a bill and when I pay their outrageous bill I am charged for paying with a credit card. Like I stated the service was great but the customer needs be informed if the bill is going to be that much. I was expecting $300 or so not almost $800.

I'm embarrased that I did not get the technician's name. He showed up, greeted me very professionally, and asked where the door was. After I directed him, he came in, assessed the situation, and applied the remedy.
