Cameron was very professional! He has a wonderful personality, and goes out of his way to make sure he does quality work, and great customer service! When we had a couple problems after he left, he came out the very next day, fixed it right up at no extra cost. Will be using Door Service from now on.
One of the torsion springs of our garage door snapped and despite a late morning call to Cameron, he made it over to replace and even upgrade the torsion springs that same day. He also adjusted the garage door track and frame and performed preventative maintenance. All services completed in under one hour. I put in a request to Cameron's competitor (One of the oldest garage door repair services in the local market) prior to contacting him, and prior to writing this review I have yet to hear from them! He provided professional, courteous, and quality work. I would recommend him any day!
Cameron did an awesome job with my garage door and his customer service was some of the best I have ever had! He got here within an hour of me calling and had the door fixed in about 30 minutes. I called back for a separate issue about a week later and he, once again, got here very quickly and the problem was really minor so he didn't even charge me for the service. I highly recommend calling Door Service for any garage maintenance that you need. Also, have preventative maintenance done so you don't have any major failures like I did!

I had Cameron install a 16x7 door on a pretty old and shifty garage in my back yard in central Rapid. Due to the dual track low-overhead layout and a garage that is anything but square, the job took a bit longer than originally thought, but he generally handled it well. I went with this company because they were cheaper than the alternatives here in the Black Hills, and I'm glad that the original quote was about what I thought and remained competitive. Cameron is particularly responsive to communication, and he made good on his 30 day labor warranty when the door needed some minor adjusting within the 30 days of original installation.
