For my personal house, they arrived within 2 days of my call. Fixed us right up. Tech was professional and very friendly. Door seems to be working fine.
Spring broke on my garage door and they came out and got it up and running again within a couple hours! The tech was easy to work with and when I stopped by the office to pay everyone was friendly and helpful! This is the second home they have done work for us in and I will keep going back! All the people at Overhead Door of Rapid City are the best. I've been working with them for a few years on all of our building projects, and highly recommend them. They've traveled to install and service doors for me throughout the Black Hills... from north of Huelett, WY to south of Edgemont, SD - west of Newcastle, WY to near Chamberlain, SD. They have many trucks on the road and work hard to get you taken care of asap. I wouldn't call anyone else to work with for overhead doors!
