What customers say
Several customers praise their overall experience with window and door projects, and one specifically highlights the team's professionalism from start to finish. A customer also noted that the installers cleaned up and tested each window with them. Other feedback raises cleanup and finish concerns: one customer reported having no blinds in the room, old blinds and garbage left behind, and dirt on the sheets after window installation; a separate renovation customer described the trim put back up as uneven and damaged.

Green Fox is incredible. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge & experience & customer service - unmatched. Very happy with the two doors we replaced & glass storm door. Would highly recommend!

Showed zero respect to my home while installing new windows. Left me with no blinds in my room (but left the old blinds which I’m sure probably should’ve been installed + all their garbage!), moved my incredibly heavy bed onto the singular piece of clothes on the floor and did not move it back, and there’s now dirt all over my sheets for some reason? Absolutely Insane results (and not in a good way)

Avoid Green Fox Windows.
I am absolutely disgusted with the workmanship on my renovation. The trim that was put back up is horrible — uneven, damaged, and finished with zero care or attention to detail. It honestly looks like it was done by people who had no idea what they were doing.
I cannot understand how this company still has work. Maybe they’re fine for new construction where everything’s hidden behind drywall, but for a renovation? Never again. The level of care and pride in their work was nonexistent.
I would never recommend Green Fox Windows to anyone. The contractors they sent out should be ashamed of the job they left behind.
The Red Deer branch. The pictures are just a few things.

So a neighbour of ours had recommended GreenFox having just replaced his windows and doors. We decided to use them and we are VERY glad we did. The estimator had the demos and displays. Very easy to deal with Roman. When it came time for the install they were very quick and thorough and rhen we discovered the poor insullation in the frames and issues with the windows. Everything was expertly and cleanly installed. Lots of spray insullation added. They cleaned up after and tested each window with me. To ensure everything was perfect. Immediatley we notuced a huge decrease in outside noise. The company has followed up and after 3 days completed a walk throughdouble checking everything. The company has been great and so easy to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough and the windows are just amazing!!!
