Would have given five star but the start time was a bit of a delay.Called up Red Deer Overdoor on a Thursday noon . They got back to me after lunch and had a service guy come out the next morning to fix the issue of needing new springs .One was broken so had them replace both. The service tech was very good ,not only replaced my springs but made sure my door was working better than ever. Alignment, oiling , tension all checked and done .Time and price was very reasonable.
AMAZING!! I am so happy with this company and their expert Garage Technician Casey. Came home early and it was very dark, freezing outside and my garage door suddenly would not close. I could see the coil had become loose on one side. Everything in our garage was now exposed to the cold and potential theft.I googled and found them online. The rep on the phone was so kind and courteous. Once I told her my issue she had someone out within the hour. Casey had everything fixed promptly and reviewed all the repairs he had made with me. We purchased a new build house (asset) where Red Deer Overdoor had installed the garage doors. Upon taking possession we quickly found out one of the doors went up and would not go down. Was not what we wanted when trying to move stuff into the house. Anyways, they found time pretty quickly to have a tech come out and get the problem sorted out. Turned out to be a wiring issue, got it fixed and insisted he do a full inspection on not only that door but the other one aswell to ensure there wouldn’t be any other issues for us. Great tech that came out, wish I could remember his name. I can say forsure even when the warranty period runs out they got me as a customer. Thanks for the quick call out and the help!
