Outstanding service! I called Nor Cal at 12:40pm to see if they could look at my garage door. Something had broke in the door frame and the door was struggling and making noises. They said someone could come out that same afternoon. Within an hour, Ryan was here, assessed the situation quickly and had it repaired and braced in no time. Ryan also made several adjustments to the spring, bolts and cable that had, over time, got out of alignment. He recommended a service call every two years to keep it adjusted properly and running tip top. From phone call to finish less than two hours. And Ryan was very pleasant and I could tell enjoyed his job. Can't ask for more. Thank you again!

NorCal Garage Door for the WIN! Last night during the chaos of the flooding, we had a wheel come off our garage door. Between trying to save what we could and cleaning up the mess this morning, it somehow ended up in the trash pile with everything else. In the middle of all that stress, we called Shannon Packer and the team — and they showed up in less than 15 minutes with a new wheel, no questions asked. When you’re standing in a place where it was under about 6inches of water less than 24 hours ago, picking up pieces and memories, having people who show up for you means everything. Even if it’s as small as a wheel. This is more than just a locally owned business to us — they are friends who truly care and come through when it matters most. We’ll be calling them after the new year for a full garage door system, and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Shannon and team at NorCal Garage Door for always being there when we need you most ??
