From ordering our door with James to having it installed was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice & informative. Our installer, Wyatt R., did an excellent job. We could not be happier with our new beautiful garage door and opener. I highly recommend Pro Garage Door.
It started with a door fob not working. Then we decided to maybe a full garage door maintenance . Then maybe installation on the inside panels.Jordan was great and worked with us on installing and replacing all the parts needed .The panels were no problem for Pro Garage because they were all different sizes.We were very happy with the service that was provided us and yes I received a new door fob that started this journey.
Wyatt did such a great job explaining what options they had for installing a brand new garage opener. From really fancy to basic options. They also checked my garage door springs, cables and existing garage door installation—they found that the previous installation was not securely screwed into the ceiling studs. They gave me a plan, estimated the cost and implemented it without any hassle like pro’s. Really good job all around, ty. All in all took 2-3 hours to do the job.
These guys know what they are doing! We just bought a house in August, and didn't know what kind of condition the garage door was in. Wyatt and Jordan came out and did an assessment of the condition of my door. It wasn't bad just noisy, and just needed some updating. One thing I wanted in an opener that I had at my old residence was a MyQ-enabled door opener. It was super convenient, and loved it. After they gave me an estimate, Wyatt and Jordan had it installed in an hour. He was able replace the rollers and install the opener quickly and they did it expertly. They had all the right equipment and parts including the opener to do the job right and really appreciated their efforts. Thanks for a great job!
