We really like Dennis, but the reveal is rubbing up against the windows. The door was not set evenly. But otherwise our door looks amazing, which was built by Coldplay!
Elite showed up to confirm measurements.. which went very quickly. The tech was very professional and personable and able to answer all my questions. He very patiently went over the entire process of replacing the garage doors, the entire process took less than 20 minutes. So far so good..Update! Both garage doors installed today. They showed up on time, were very professional and efficient. The doors look great, work perfectly and they even took time to resolve our programming issue with some termites. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.
Johnny was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable; he was able to diagnose what was wrong right away, and did an Impeccable job installing the retainer. Even had some good advice on my mouse problem (since the cause of that was the weatherstripping on the door)Will definitely be using Elite next time I have an issue, and hopefully they send Johnny again ??
I had a great experience with Elite Door installing a Clopay Vertistack Avante door on my house. Emily @ the office answers calls and emails promptly. Johnny and his crew of installers always showed up when they said they would, showed great care and skill in their work, and were fast. Their scheduling software lets me know what's happening and knows it's me when I call. A very professional operation all around. And all great people. Highly recommend.
I was really impressed by their immediate service. Short story, my wife called and let me know our garage door wasn't working at 5p. I got home at 745p. Called Elite at 830p. Johnnie was at my home at 9p. Johnnie changed out both springs, he was extremely professional, and had a genuinely kind demeanor. He's leaving as I'm leaving this review at 929p. Outstanding service!
