This is the second time I use ADR for my garage door needs. This time my spring snapped in half. I called them Sunday afternoon and by Monday at 12:30 p.m. my garage door was once again operational. They are efficient, considerate, never upsell, and have great prices compared to competitors.Little things such as Alex (technician) messaging me to give me an ETA make a big difference. Alex quickly gave me a quote and in half an hour the job was done.I can think of many other companies that could learn a lesson or two from how ADR Garage Door Repair treats their customers. I recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a company that does garage door repairs. Keep up the great work!

STAY AWAY! Worst customer service I've ever had. Installed a damaged garage door. Was told that it would be repaired and I would be compensated. NEITHER has happened. It's been 3 months. They will not return emails, voicemail and text messages. Another issue i was told by sales guy at time of sale that door was excalty the same design as my neighbors. WRONG!So now I have a damaged door that's a different design of my neighbors. I PAID for a new door the same design as my neighbors. I got neither. The lack of responsibility and communication is extremely unprofessional as it gets.Do your self a favor and STAY AWAY.
Amazing job! Super clean lines. Workers (Denis & Alex) were great and answered any and all questions. Usually when getting a good deal something suffers but they hit it all. (Quality, workmanship and cost). Even their customer service was on point! Very happy customer
