It doesn't get Better than A1! I needed an assessment to see whether through the seals around the door go to heart small amounts of water on my garage floor at the door. A1 send someone quickly who was extremely knowledgeable and professional! A1 the not charge for an estimate/assessment of my garage door. I called many companies who wanted to charge $150 to $175 just to come out and look at the door to see if anything needed to be done. A1 was the most professional and knowledgeable of any of the companies in Midlothian that I spoke with. I highly recommend A1 for their expertise and quick response!!!!!!!
Very fast and professional service. Not only was the company, highly responsive when I initially called to get some help, they were able to send a technician out the very next day. That technician, Adam, did a fantastic job, identifying the problem and then fixing it. Turns out my builder, had installed a fairly crappy and failure, prone part, causing my garage door to stop working and requiring a full replacement of the rod, springs, and pulley systems. Adam was able to knock it out within an hour and a halfGreat service and decent price. Highly recommend.
Our first time using A-1 and all good things. Folks on the phone were helpful and communication was extremely good. Appt was scheduled within 2 days and technician (Marisa) was very professional, friendly and on-time. Quotes and options were provided after inspection and work was done same visit. It cost more than I thought, but that’s not their fault. I would highly recommend them. My experience was excellent!
