Our garage door openers were 15+ years old and in dire need of replacement. We got a quote from a competitor who tried to sell us new doors - even after admitting that our current doors were in good shape - and gave us a quote for nearly $8K! I have nothing but good things to say about A1 Door company and its technician Tim. Our garage door was very noisy. Maintenance and repairs were necessary. Tim is a professional and represents the company well. He inspected the door, listened to what we wanted and had good suggestions. The price was reasonable and the result great. We had a new lift system installed,along with other parts and the result is a very quiet and smooth running door.
Updates! A-1 helped me out with a mangled door that ripped the rails clean out of the ceiling. Bent the track, twisted it all into a big mess. They quoted my new installation and installed it to perfection. A wonderful custom door with a modern smart lifter. They programmed everything and tested/tuned it perfectly. Josh did a phenomenal job and took exceptional care of us. Amazing communication before, during and after the install.-A1’s customer service is the best around! I reported an issue online and they set and met our appointment perfectly. Their consultation kept me safe from a faulty door.
