Our garage door openers were 15+ years old and in dire need of replacement. We got a quote from a competitor who tried to sell us new doors - even after admitting that our current doors were in good shape - and gave us a quote for nearly $8K! We respectfully told them to take a hike!

Then Tim from A1 came. Tim was great to work with. He listened to our needs/wants, answered all of our questions and didn't use high-pressure sales tactics to try and sell us nonsense. He was professional, good- hearted, knowledgeable and FAST! He installed two new openers, rails, springs, wheels, keypads and programmed everything in less than four hours and - most importantly - all for less than half of the competitor's quote!

I rate four stars only because A1 sells top-of-the-line openers only (just under $1K each), with Wi-Fi, Cameras, and other technology we don't need - but still much less than competitor.

They quoted my new installation and installed it to perfection. A wonderful custom door with a modern smart lifter. They programmed everything and tested/tuned it perfectly. Josh did a phenomenal job and took exceptional care of us. Amazing communication before, during and after the install.

A1’s customer service is the best around! I reported an issue online and they set and met our appointment perfectly. Their consultation kept me safe from a faulty door.
