Commonwealth installed a new garage door for us today. They were very patient as I asked a bunch of questions and requested different quotes for different doors, openers and tracks. Once I made the decision to go with them and finalized the quote, the installation was scheduled for 2 days later. Everyone I worked with from Daniel, who did the estimate, to Tommy, who answered all my questions and adjusted the quotes, to the installer today were all super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, product and outcome.

Great experience dealing with Commonwealth Garage Doors for the first time. I emailed the owner on a Saturday, not expecting a reply for a couple days. He responded in a couple hours and had a tech looking at my newly damaged door on Monday. Repair was quick and less expensive than I expected. Very pleased to do business with them.

Seems to always happen, but on my way to an appointment and the noise I had heard earlier was the spring breaking and the heavy wooden garage door came down. I tried to pull the door open but a 250 lb wooden door without a working spring won’t budge. I called and the same day, they had Sean and Chad dispatched to replace the spring. Friendly, informative and they worked well as a team together. Very happy.
