Professional and fast service on our garage door repair. Didn’t try and sell me on a bunch of stuff like another popular garage door service in town did. He showed up on time and was in and out which I appreciate since I work from home and have a busy schedule.
Ended up needing a major part replacement on my garage door and got really fast service while knowing very little of what my issue was. Not only were the two guys who came to service the door incredibly knowledgeable but were able to diagnose the problem very quickly like clear professionals. I asked for an estimate on the price as soon as they knew what the issue was and they got me one on the spot, no hidden fees or surprises. They were expected to show between ten and noon and were allready wrapped up and out the door by twelve.Amazing service, fair price, solid professionals. will be recomending again where I can.
From first call to new garage door installation. Great customer service. Zack did the install John and the owner Erik were all involved from start to finish! Very competitive pricing. Might as well take $500 cash from the ATM, wadding it up in a ball, and tossing it in the trash. Eric and team came to fix my garage door in May. The cable snapped and the track bent while trying to open my garage door. Although great response, and the door worked better for a month, one of the wheels on the track decided to pop out again, rendering my entire door bent at the top, leaving the door useless. When Eric and team came out to fix it to begin with, after service was performed, I texted Eric to see if there was any warranty on the fix, and I also asked if he would provide me with a quote on a full replacement, because I wasn't confident on the repair. Not due to their lack of trying, but because the door is old and felt that at some point I would need to replace it entirely. No response. And two months later it seized up again because a wheel decided to jump track which bent the track and the top of the garage door to a point where it split almost in two. I had to manually close the door that day, leaving it unlocked because the pull lever didn't engage anymore due to the split at the top of the door. Thankfully I have an alarm on the door, so if it's opened, it will alert me. But I was nervous at work all day knowing my door could just open to anyone who decided to raid my garage. When I got home that afternoon, I had to jimmy it shut with bolts so it couldn't be opened. In the meantime, not a peep from Eric since my message to him in May 2025 after I asked him about a warranty on the "repair" or replacement. My $500 gone. I'm still parked on my driveway because the door is non functioning leaving me to find another company to replace it entirely. If Eric would have just responded to my initial inquiry, maybe my car would be sitting inside my garage right now. With either another fix, or a new door. But we'll never know because he ignored my question to him the day of "the fix". The day I paid $500 for nothing. Had he just responded to my questions maybe this review would have been better.
My garage door was making a bunch of noise and not moving smoothly along the track. I described the issue on the phone, and Eric was very helpful. He sent his team the next day, and I expected them to tell me that the entire track needed to be replaced. To my surprise, they told me that would not be necessary. They put a screw through the track to hold it in place, lubricated all moving parts, and tested the door. They even took a look and adjusted my other garage door. Super nice guys! Highly recommend.
