I live in a rural area with a pretty good size gate that has given me quite a few issues. Every time I text or call Michael he answers me almost immediately. The most recent time was a small issue that he helped me figure out over the phone so it could be done ASAP. I will only call Michael whenever I have gate issues, and highly highly recommend!
Sean did a great job start to finish. He was here fairly quick and was able to get to work right away. He gave us a fair price and took care of some other needs we had. Brand new springs and cables and our door is working great. Thanks Sean!
My kids accidentally broke our door resulting in a broken cable and crooked door.The company came out very last minute about 8pm and did a great job repairing the cable, replacing the drums and replacing the two springs damaged, all within an hour. Would recommend and call again if the need arises.
I definitely recommend 24/7 Garage Door and Gate services. They provided me a great recommendations to repair my garage door that aligned perfectly with budget. The were on time and professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely call them for all me garage door needs. And my garage door works perfectly. Michael was a life saver this evening! I had opened my garage door and when I went to close it, it would not close and one of the wheels came off its hinges. Of course we tried fixing it ourselves but the situation became worse and the garage door was very lopsided. I called around and no one had any availability for this emergent garage situation for this evening until I called Michael! He told me he would be here in 30 minutes and it felt like he got here even quicker than 30 minutes. He was very professional, kind, and he explained very clearly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He worked quickly and efficiently and our garage door is functioning much better and is opening and closing so much smoother! He threw in some extra things with no additional charge and I felt it was very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using for future garage problems!
