Phil was kind and super helpful. When the weather delayed me getting home for our appointment, he waited and then spent several hours with us while we talked through options. Even though it was late and our kids were interrupting, it didn't seem to phase him. In the next few days, he followed up with us when he said he would. He was able to price match our new doors quote against a different company, which saved us a lot. Overall, a great experience and we really appreciate working with Phil!
Rise and shine garage doors was a phenomenal experience to help fix our garage door! We weren’t sure what the issue was after 5 years and just we just kept dealing with it! When we called the customer service representative, Charlie was so kind and helpful to get us an appt right away to help solve what the problem could be.The next day the service man, Mitch arrived in a timely manner to the expected time frame and was quick to find the solution. Mitch was also friendly and polite to have at our home around our family. It was a great experience and very affordable to work with Rise and shine!
Rise and Shine was extremely helpful!! I had contacted another company to come help the previous day and they no showed me. I called Rise and Shine and they were able to come out the following day right away in the morning. Jamison was extremely helpful, explained what he was doing as well as information on items that he replaced. He was a trooper in the cold weather and was able to get things fixed and rescue my car from the garage as well as get things running smoothly again. Thank you Jamison and Rise and Shine! If I have any other issues I will be reaching out to you guys.
Joe Bork was fantastic, very honest, professional! On time and fix my double garage springs super efficiently and let me talk to him the whole time as I had no idea what happened to our garage door! Fantastic service and would absolutely contact them again for my garage door needs!
