We had Rochester Overhead Door out last year to replace our pad that had gone bad. They arrived same day and were done in less than 30 min for an extremely reasonable price. Our pad stopped working again this year so I called to have them come take a look. They were here in less than 30 minutes after my call, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in less than 5 min at no charge. In a world where it’s getting harder and harder to trust businesses, I really appreciate their customer service!
Our old (possibly >20 years old) LiftMaster 1/2 HP garage door opener stopped receiving remote signal to open or close it. Contacted Rochester Overhead Door and they scheduled Ryan to come out the following day to install new unit.Ryan was very pleasant & professional, he quickly replaced the old unit with new LiftMaster 3/4 HP unit, synced two remotes, and installed new external keypad.Very happy with Ryan’s work (it was 30 degrees in garage!) and pricing was pretty much on par with other garage door companies.Will use them again for any garage door/opener related work.
I can't say enough good about this company. I was from out of state with no experience and had gotten several estimates. They were (by far!) the lowest and understood what our priorities were, and accommodated them perfectly. They are *truly local. And they listened to what our needs were instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive equipment, as evidenced by others' quotes at 2-3x what we paid. If I were in the market for a high end system, I still trust they'd have the best price. I'd 100% call them again! Chase was patient and clear in his communication, and I will definitely use Rochester Overhead Door again for any future needs.
We had a garage door accident and they were able to come out promptly to give an estimate and tell us what needed and could be fixed. They were able to come out to fix it the next day. They are very professional and friendly!
I wanted to write a review because Rochester Overhead Door deserves it. They came in to the job knowing that it was a total custom garage door and not at all normal, and yet still quoted me the same price as if it was off the shelf from Menards.The installation was expertly done, quick, and the installers were very communicative. In the end, they billed me a detail receipt for the odds and ends that had to be added to complete the installation and it was all totally fair.I am very, very happy with the install and the only downside is that now my expectations are very high for every contracted company that comes in to work on my home. Thank you!
