Tim was fantastic, and very hardworking. We needed a new garage door opener and the first one that was installed by him had a malfunctioning board. He came back multiple times and eventually made sure that the dealers replace the unit with a new one at the same cost. He made sure that we were happy with final unit, and then got paid. Very Honest.
One of my garage door springs broke. Tim provided a competitive estimate for the quality of the springs installed. The springs were 25k cycle rated and oil-tempered (for better durability and fatigue resistance). That was one of the main reasons I went with Tim was that the springs were high quality and would likely last me a while. Tim also added a needed bearing, rebalanced the door, and the opener travel/force settings were configured after the springs were installed. The parts and the service were quality. My garage door is almost silent now. I also found Tim to be friendly and knowledgeable (he gave me good advice on maintaining the garage door). I'd definitely recommend Tim and his services.
