I meet with Zach a while back. My single car garage door was malfunctioning. There was a crack in the upper panel, and I attempted to secure it with a metal bracket and some bolts. However, the door wouldn’t open and close correctly and not consistently. When Zach came over to look at the door, I had asked him if a larger bracket would make a difference and perhaps enable the door to correctly function. He said it very well could. And then I asked him for a bid to replace the whole door in case it didn’t work. At that time there was no high-pressure from Zach for me to sign up or commit to a new door.Long story short, my longer bracket failed to correct the situation. So I contacted Overhead Door Company of Sacramento.Stephen showed up today to replace our single car garage door. Steven took down our old garage door and installed the new garage door. I checked the door before he left, and it was functioning perfectly!He did all of this in just over one hour!Not only was Steven, friendly, courteous, and professional. He obviously was very efficient at what he does.?????????? to Steven !

Overhead door is incredible. My personal story is that my daughter had another company come and do work on her garage door and changed her $2000.00 which my daughter paid. Days later it still didnt work. I referred my daughter to Overhead door and they completed the repair for a fraction of the price of the first company and they said the last company didnt even repair what was broken. My daughter got back her money from the last company and now Overhead door is her ONLY go-to for all of our garage door needs. Thank you Overhead door for being honest and doing an outstanding job for my daughter!!
My elderly grandmother called them b/c her garage door wouldn't shut. Instead of sending someone out to fix it ($$$), they very patiently coached her through checking for objects in the way of the sensor, lo and behold there was a box in the way. Probably saved her a few hundred dollars, relative to if she had called virtually any other company out there!
