He was very patient, kind, and took the time to carefully troubleshoot the problem and walk me through possible solutions. Had broken springs. Technician Jalen Loggins came out, explained what happened and gave me some options with competitive pricing. He did an excellent job replacing spring torque master conversion. The garage door now runs smoothly, a lot better than when I first had it. Jalen was very nice and friendly too. I rarely write reviews but doing it this time just to let you all know that Gator Garage Doors is great in case you can’t decide who to pick since there are too many of them out there. They deserve the 5 star rating.
Gator Garage Door took great care of us. Tried to tease the house this morning only to discover the spring had snapped. Gator scheduled us for a Sunday appointment but put us on a call list if they finished up elsewhere early and could fit us in sooner. Shot time later, they were able to fit us in the same day. They kept us looped the whole time, calling when on the way, and their mobile set up gave us the distance/ETA for the tech to arrive. Joseph Pilgrim took care of us. His professionalism, courtesy, and excellent service carried through the entire service call. He took time to explain our options and got everything repaired, tested, and cleaned up. The experience working with Joseph was exceptional and we really appreciate the service.
Paul the technician was very knowledgeable and did not pressure but showed us what needed to be replaced. Brook came with him and they were both so kind and explained everything thoroughly. They were prompt and called before arriving and even offered to pick up a coffee since we were there first service call this morning. I was able to get them right away and no charge for them coming to do the inspection. I highly recommend Gator Garage Doors and ask for Paul.
