The torsion spring on our garage door broke and needed to be replaced. We called Good Golly and they said they could be over the same day. They were over within the hour. Jeff with Good Golly recommended replacing the complete assembly as we had a system with an internal spring that tended to break (this was also recommended by a few others based on calls and photos i sent to them). He also recommended the replacement would make it easier and less expensive for future spring replacements and service. Jeff had the spring replacement complete in an hour and did a complete check of the door and motor. Jeff and Good Golly were fast, professional, and did a phenomenal job.

We had a broken garage door that would not completely close. Called Good Golly and they had a technician available same day. Dustin fixed the door then gave us a quote for a new one. We ended up having Dustin and crew come back out and install 5 new garage doors. I am overall satisfied with the quality of work and the friendly service.

I have an older home, 1970s build, and what should have taken a couple of hours took all day. The guys stayed with it and modified as needed to make sure our doors fit perfectly. I felt badly for them. In the end, job well done and I was charged the price I was initially quoted, even though I am sure they had to do things they weren't expecting to do. I certainly appreciated that. Good company to hire.
