Paul truly saved the day! We were having trouble with our garage door motor and remotes, and he quickly reset everything, reconnected all the remotes, and installed a new keypad. I had also spoken with a few team members over the phone beforehand, and they were incredibly helpful and walked me through so much. Everything works perfectly now.
