Reviews
What customers say
Some customers praise the service, including a homeowner who valued Pauline’s advice and home measurements. Other accounts describe missing weatherstripping and an opening needing modification, plus a punctured wire repaired by an electrician while the homeowner handled plastering and still had finishing work left. One customer reports cancelled appointments and a wait of over a week to correct installation faults; those repairs were completed, but remote problems and an inoperable door remained.
Customer Reviews
Luc-André Côté
I had to call to find out if my door had arrived. I don't have the weatherstripping. I had to modify my opening due to the door's dimensions. Fast and efficient shipping service. All of this is to help you achieve your goal of improvement.
FRANCIS MICHAUD
I received excellent advice from Pauline, and she even came to my home to take measurements. The installation was done by an excellent technician. I am very satisfied and I recommend Portes Saguenay Balzac.
