Not happy with service. They make the appointment with you then cancel the morning of the appointment.The original installation was done then it took more than a week for the service to the doors that were not installed properly. This repair is done on the new doors now.The remotes they provided do not work anymore and the process is not a simple 1,2,3, process like they claim to reprogram them, at least not in the way they installed my doors and openers. One door is now completely inoperable even the wall button no longer works, and the other door is still working but cannot be programmed with the new remotes they sold me. What a waste of my time and my money. Not happy at all with their commitment to service and respect for the customer's time.
Excellent service, the only missing star: a minor issue – a wire was punctured during the controller installation. The electrician repaired it, and I plastered it myself. It still needs sandblasting :(
