One of my garage doors springs snapped and the door would not open. I called OGD and a technician was at my home in less than 90 minutes. Service was super fast and the technician was friendly and informative. He the warranty sticker on the door and told me what to do if I had an issue. I would use them again.

The installation of the garage door was terrific and very efficient. I purchased the LiftMaster with myQ brand, and what nobody told me, was it the new technology used in the handheld transmitter is not compatible with Apple Home Link. Thus, I cannot get it to pair with my car, and I have to carry around the transmitter. I'm extremely disappointed that this was not told me. Please Check your garage door transmission method in your car before purchasing.

Also, The company installer basically as you program yourself the new app to be used with the myQ system and your car. There's no support there and for what you pay for a new system that should be included to make sure that you have a happy customer.

The new one was installed quickly; I called for a repair, tech arrived, evaluated, quoted new closer, had all parts on the truck and finished installation all in one day. Excellent service tech.

I could not have been happier with the service technician that you sent out. He was very professional courteous, prompt and again I was very happy with him. But to charge me $469 for a small part for minimum amount of time installing the part is beyond my understanding, and from what I understand from a person in the office that the service Call charge was waived that’s fine and good. I didn’t ask anybody to do that. It’s the amount that made me say to a young lady, I talked to in the office if you guys are going to charge such an exuberant amount of money for such a small item you will no longer get my business , nor will I recommend anyone to you. Thank you.
