Precision Garage Door of St. Louis was very helpful from the start by answering the phone and scheduling me a same-day appointment, to calling me back to inform of a slight appointment adjustment for that afternoon, to the service provided by Brady, the technician who provided the repair service. We received outstanding service. The service technician, Brady, was especially friendly and professional in his interactions. He thoroughly discussed the problem and our options without us feeling pressure to make a decision one way or another. Thank you for the great service, Brady and Precision Garage Door of St. Louis.
