Overhead is such a great company I highly recommend them. The big springs and cables on our door completely broke apart coming home from work on a Friday. I called immediately after hoping I could get an appointment for the following week. They scheduled me for first thing Monday morning a gave me the price which was great, up front. Barney came out to do the job, he really knows his stuff, really knowledgeable and experienced and answered my questions in a way I could understand. It only took about a half hour and the door is quieter than ever. I’m so glad we went with Overhead a truly professional and people friendly organization!

Overhead Door Company will be my first line of contact for any garage door problem in the future! They are knowledgeable, timely and professional. Most important, they are nice from start to finish even if there are multiple calls to resolve an issue involving a home warranty company! Tech. Barney was great! Service advisors Aaron and Kyle were fantastic! Without Aaron and Kyle my home warranty company would not have reimbursed me. Thank you Overhead Door Company of Salem! Our technician, Jake, Was very friendly knowledgeable and was right on time to the appointment! He quickly and expertly fixed our broken garage door spring, and had our door back in tiptop shape in no time! He also checked our second garage door and did some minor maintenance free of charge just to make sure everything was working like it should. We will definitely be calling Overhead Door Again for any future garage door related needs.
