They worked me into their schedule in a moments notice, and provided me excellent customer service. They stand by their work and their work is commendable. If I ever need service again they will be my first call.
Scheduled a door repair, the tech came out and found the latch was half way pushed in blocking the door from going up all the way. He then put a bolt in the slider so it cant get pushed in accidentally. I asked how to pay the service fee and they told me dont worry about it and said thet didn't do anything that warrants getting charged, I thanked them and now I am leaving this 5? review!
Overhead is such a great company I highly recommend them. The big springs and cables on our door completely broke apart coming home from work on a Friday. I called immediately after hoping I could get an appointment for the following week. They scheduled me for first thing Monday morning a gave me the price which was great, up front. Barney came out to do the job, he really knows his stuff, really knowledgeable and experienced and answered my questions in a way I could understand. It only took about a half hour and the door is quieter than ever. I’m so glad we went with Overhead a truly professional and people friendly organization!
Overhead Door Company will be my first line of contact for any garage door problem in the future! They are knowledgeable, timely and professional. Most important, they are nice from start to finish even if there are multiple calls to resolve an issue involving a home warranty company! Tech. Barney was great! Service advisors Aaron and Kyle were fantastic! Without Aaron and Kyle my home warranty company would not have reimbursed me. Thank you Overhead Door Company of Salem! And by the way, the old wooden door now quiet and closes with ease!
Our technician, Jake, Was very friendly knowledgeable and was right on time to the appointment! He quickly and expertly fixed our broken garage door spring, and had our door back in tiptop shape in no time! He also checked our second garage door and did some minor maintenance free of charge just to make sure everything was working like it should. We will definitely be calling Overhead Door Again for any future garage door related needs.
