Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the technicians' knowledge, friendly manner and professionalism, and describe appointments and repairs as prompt. One customer appreciated an up-front price and reported a quieter door after work following a spring-and-cable failure. Another says a technician found a partly pushed-in latch blocking the door, secured it with a bolt and waived the fee because no chargeable repair was warranted.

Overhead Garage Doors customer service is amazing, from their office staff and through their service crew. They worked me into their schedule in a moments notice, and provided me excellent customer service. They stand by their work and their work is commendable. If I ever need service again they will be my first call.

Scheduled a door repair, the tech came out and found the latch was half way pushed in blocking the door from going up all the way. He then put a bolt in the slider so it cant get pushed in accidentally. I asked how to pay the service fee and they told me dont worry about it and said thet didn't do anything that warrants getting charged, I thanked them and now I am leaving this 5? review!

Overhead is such a great company I highly recommend them. The big springs and cables on our door completely broke apart coming home from work on a Friday. I called immediately after hoping I could get an appointment for the following week. They scheduled me for first thing Monday morning a gave me the price which was great, up front. Barney came out to do the job, he really knows his stuff, really knowledgeable and experienced and answered my questions in a way I could understand. It only took about a half hour and the door is quieter than ever. I’m so glad we went with Overhead a truly professional and people friendly organization!
