They went above and beyond helping get our garage door get fixed after our garage door spring broke. We had one panel come back dented and they replaced and touched up paint that need it. They also even helped get our keypad entry working again after many months of not having it work! Great to work with and very professional.
Very good experience with A Plus!I called on Friday morning, they were offering me same day appointments. I ended up booking an appointment for the next day, they were very accommodating to my schedule. John-Luke Burches came out and assessed the issue with my garage. He was very thorough and explained the issue very well, even offered me a few different solutions depending on my budget. He had it all fixed up and running smoothly within a couple hours. So glad he got it all fixed for me so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
I had a young man named Jordan in particular help me, he showed me the details of what was wrong with my janky old redneck setup, and made suggestions on what could be done to buy myself some time. In the meantime he put on a strong back brace, a new hinge, and gave the door itself a tune-up until I can make a decision based on my financial situation. He showed me several financing options so that I could get a monthly payment in my range, and was super knowledgeable about the different styles and features. I will be calling him personally again, but as a company I highly recommend them.
We have had issue with our garage door not being closed all the way for a while and I am hesitant to call for help due to the bad experience with another company last time. We have him fixed the immediate issue and got educated what we should do to maintain or repair in the future with our aged door system. Because Norman is also specialized in motor-gate, he made diagnosis on our broken gate and I am hoping that problem will be taken care of soon. I will make sure to update my experience on later.Overall, this has been one of the best repair experiences I have had.
