Hollywood-Crawford Door Co.

I had an excellent experience with Hollywood-Crawford Garage Doors & Openers. From the first phone call, Mona was very kind, professional, and helpful scheduling my appointment and explaining everything clearly. The technician Brandon was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect my garage door and explain what was needed. Brandon replaced my garage door rollers and made sure everything was working smoothly before leaving. The service was honest, efficient, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. I also really liked that the company sends a message with the technician’s photo before arrival so you know who is coming to your home. That made me feel very comfortable and safe. Thank you Mona and Brandon for the great service. I highly recommend Hollywood-Crawford Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door service in San Antonio!

Let me start by saying that Tana was an absolute professional from start to finish. She demonstrated every quality you’d hope to see in someone representing your company — knowledgeable, easy-going, patient, and genuinely empathetic. Outstanding job, Tana. Jonathan, from the warranty team, came to my home to troubleshoot my garage door issues, and he handled everything with skill and care. He not only fixed the problem, but also took the time to explain what to do — and what not to do — always emphasizing safety. I really appreciated that. It’s clear he truly cares about the customers he serves. If you have any garage door issues, call HollywoodCrawford Garage Doors & Openers. They get it done. That simple.

5-Star Review: Excellent Team Work at Hollywood-Crawford Door Co. – Shoutout to James, L.J., and Mona We recently had Hollywood-Crawford upgrade our 16x7 garage door with a double torsion spring conversion, bottom retainer, weatherseal, and a new LiftMaster 84505R opener. The transformation is incredible….the door is now whisper-quiet, barely noticeable when opening or closing, which has been a game-changer for our household, especially tonight for a peaceful sleep. A special shoutout to Technician James Duke, who handled the job with remarkable composure and dedication. Despite facing some unexpected challenges during the multi-visit process, James never wavered in his commitment to getting everything just right. He approached each step with passion and precision, always showing respect for us as customers and ensuring we were informed along the way. As a young professional building his career, James’s enthusiasm for his work truly stands out….he’s the kind of person who elevates the entire experience. The team ultimately delivered a top-notch result at a fair price ( with an unexpected discount), and we’re thrilled with the quieter, smoother, and more secure garage door. Highly recommend Hollywood-Crawford, and if you get James as your installer , rest assured you’re in great hands! I would also like to mention Mona and L.J who were both excellent at their jobs. • L.J. brought a charming personality that’s truly rare in customer service. Her warmth and positive energy made every interaction enjoyable and put us at ease throughout the process. • Mona was extremely knowledgeable about the company’s services and options. Her expertise helped guide our decisions and ensured everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.??
