I had an excellent experience with Hollywood-Crawford Garage Doors & Openers. From the first phone call, Mona was very kind, professional, and helpful scheduling my appointment and explaining everything clearly.
The technician Brandon was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect my garage door and explain what was needed. Brandon replaced my garage door rollers and made sure everything was working smoothly before leaving. The service was honest, efficient, and I truly appreciated his professionalism.
I also really liked that the company sends a message with the technician’s photo before arrival so you know who is coming to your home. That made me feel very comfortable and safe.

We recently had Hollywood-Crawford upgrade our 16x7 garage door with a double torsion spring conversion, bottom retainer, weatherseal, and a new LiftMaster 84505R opener. The transformation is incredible….the door is now whisper-quiet, barely noticeable when opening or closing, which has been a game-changer for our household, especially tonight for a peaceful sleep.
A special shoutout to Technician James Duke, who handled the job with remarkable composure and dedication. Despite facing some unexpected challenges during the multi-visit process, James never wavered in his commitment to getting everything just right. He approached each step with passion and precision, always showing respect for us as customers and ensuring we were informed along the way. As a young professional building his career, James’s enthusiasm for his work truly stands out….he’s the kind of person who elevates the entire experience.
