Company told us they arrive between 8-10. Around 10 they say they have a flat tire and moved it from 10-12. That's fine. They did not arrive until about 1:30. We asked to replace both garage springs but they only replaced one and told us it would mess the balance pr something of the garage but said ofnthebother one broke they come out for free to exchange it and left the new spring with us. Garage door seemed to be working. Next day as im leaving for work the garage door won't close. We cannot get a hold of anyone in the company. Email does not work. Phone numbers dont work. Been calling for hours.

If you want real professional service from technicians who are knowledgeable and honest, give these guys a call. I had a serious issue with my garage door chain track coming off the wall. Apparently, the house builders were too lazy to find the stud in the wall that they just bolted to the drywall (BTW, we have a steel back fully insulated door). When the technicians arrived, they looked at the problem and told me the price up front. On top of that, they found other issues such as one of the side tracks was misaligned causing it to rub against the door when it opened and closed making a horrible noise (I thought the sound was normal). And no, they weren't trying make up stuff to nickel and dime me because all the other issues they found were discovered after they quoted me the service price. Everything was explained thoroughly and shown to me so I knew these were legit issues. They fixed all the extra issues too at no extra charge. When all was said and done, my door is now nice and secure again. It operates so smoothly and quietly now. I can't expressed enough the level of professionalism, knowledge, and honesty these guys have. I highly recommend them!!
