Door & Roll garage door has excellent customer service and the tech Alex arrived in less than an hour. He was friendly, courteous and excellent communicator. He gave me an estimate after doing a diagnosis of 2 bad sensors and the keypad needing a new battery replacement and resetting the codes. The orginal problem was that the garage door would not close properly and had to be manually pushed down the switch to close. Another company was charging me 950 + 350 to replace the unit and some other parts. Alex only charged me to replace 2 sensors and a spring balance adjustment and resetting the keypad for 1100$ less. Thank you for the great service!

He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions clearly, and scheduled everything quickly. His quote was the most reasonable one we received and there were no surprises or hidden costs!
