Alfonso is an awesome technician. Called, arrived as expected, did a through inspection and advised me of my options. He did my selected repairs quickly and efficiently, double checking all along the process. When finished, he explained everything to me, making sure I understood and was happy.Alfonso is a literal dynamo when working. No wasted steps, no downtime and to top it off, he completely cleaned up the work area when he was done. I was so impressed with his initial assessment of my first garage door, that I had him install a new system on a second home next door. Same story with his work there too! Installation was great. Travis, employed by Garage Door Medics completed my replacement garage door installation. Showed up on time, installation came out great. Explained how everything worked, took the time to make sure my wife and I understood. Outstanding!Great company to work with. Did my research and they offer top line gear. I called these guys because my garage door was making an awkward noise. I’ve used them before to replace the springs and they did a great job. This time, I was serviced by Alfonso Lopez. After careful inspection, he recommended replacing the motor. Since the existing one was over 10 yrs old and we open our garage door about 10 times a day, I knew it was time. There was three things that stood out to me about Alfonso. He was professional, respectful, and hard working. It was easy to make my decision.
